Post construction termite control:
Depending on the property’s layout and the progression of termite infestation, ARMOUR will develop a customized treatment plan for you to help to protect your most valuable asset – your home or commercial space.
- Existing buildings are treated by drilling and injection method.
- Cable detectors are used to locate underground live electric cables, thus avoid drilling over them.
- 16-18mm holes will be drilled at minimum one meter intervals along side walls inside and outside the building. These holes will be filled with dilute termiticide emulsion and then sealed.
- Care will be taken to provide maximum finish of marble/ tile floor where drilling is done.
- Property owners are advised to replace seriously damaged wooden structures prior to treatment.
